Game Tracker app

Is there an app, that tracks achievements in across games?

Example is steam, how they track your achievements across games.

But what I was thinking is an app that tracks ESO in game achievements, GW2 in game achievements, WoW in game achievements, EQ in game achievements, etc etc etc.
I would really like an app like this because when my friends leave to play other games, if I friended them on the app I would still be able to get in touch with them. I think an app like this could be something like the facebook of video games.

Not an app for this and unlikely to be one, also most people who become friends online just chat via one of the following.

    Skype, Discord, Facebook, WhatsApp...

for a single game? maybe. For all the current and future major games? probably not. Unless game companies are willing to work together and publish API for that or...all games are published by a single company.

I have not seen any apps that existed outside of the game that tracked anything in the game. It would require Zos to open a path for the app to gain information from the servers which seems to be something Zos has avoided.

Raptr attempted this. Xfire sort of tried before that. There is simply not enough open APIs to access this information on games. ESO doesn't even have a web interface for seeing your own alts.

I'm talking about your in game achievements.

Example completed 70% ESO completed 100% skyrim completed 20% guild wars 2, completed 75% call of duty.

You know how xbox has it, how steam has it? Why not just 1 for all games???

Because each game needs to open up that data in a readable way, e.g. API. They don't do that.

Do you guys consider this lame?

I mean, whats the point in doing all the achievements if no one can see it. As in no one can see it I mean by the gaming community as a whole, not just people that play the particular game.

Like if I 100% GW2, 100% WoW, 100% EQ, 100% ESO.... Its very sad how theres no way to show all that success.

We have it currently tracking automatically with the help of the ESO-database addon through the ESO app! (Android support coming soon)

For console you have the ability to manually track!

Sounds like he is talking about platform specific achievements. There are APIs available for this.

People can see your list of achievements if they bother to look. Not sure what you're on about?

5 years later, ESO is considered old MMORPG, past its time.

All those achievements, all those achievements you had from other games that track achievements like EQ WoW, etc.

Wouldnt you like something to keep track of that and show the world, that you played a certain game and not only played it, you were a grandmaster at it aka 100% achievements.

Think of something similar to Steam or Xbox, where they track all your game achievements and give you a gamer score. The thing is, thats just for xbox, I would like to see something for ALL games that give out achievements. I THOUGHT steam does this, but just like xbox, they just track the games from steam. Probably just like that app your talking about, that is much smaller scale and tracks only elder scrolls game.

    Steam tracks Skyrim, Oblivion, Morrowind...

    However does not track ESO.
    Why?

Why do MMORPG's do this kind of stuff? As in not give out achievements to credible apps like Steam.

One thing I really like is rewards of loyalty. GW2 did this from linking accounts of those from GW1.
Dynasty Warriors use to do this, as in if it registered you played Dynasty warriors 3, and you play 4, you get some free stuff.

    However ESO....
You played and 100% Morrowind, Oblivion, Skyrim....
You get nothing. Game developers dont even recognize that you even completed the previous Elder Scrolls.

That's because ESO takes place before all of that
