Get all training gear on. With full training gear I get 2.7K xp per regular kills like sabre cats, 4K for harder kills like Stranglers, and I believe 5.6 K for like Trolls and such.

First you have the enlightenment that is an 4x bonus you get with cp, 2400K on first caracter to level 50 and 400 each day.
Then you have the xp bonus potions who is the cheap +50% and the expensive +150% ones.
You also have the +50% and +150% crown store scrolls.

All of this stack, but don't think you can use 150 and 50% potions and scrolls at once.

Watch the enlightenment however with xp bonus potions you will burn trough it fast and this slow you down more than running out of potion or scroll
Grinding just make you go in circles.
Asking ZoS for nerfs is as stupid as asking for close air support from the death star.

You can only use one XP scroll or potion at a time so those clearly don't stack.

    What stacks is :
    - ESO+ XP bonus (10%)
    - Training trait gear
    - scroll-potion (1 at a time)

Enlightment bonus is a totally separate thing that counts only towards CP progression, not 1-50 levelling nor skill leveling.

Obviously the best grinding area is Imperial City Sewers : large mob population, quick respawn rate, and XP is very high due to PvP risk (but you have to live with that risk). If you don't mind grinding, just go there, you'll reach CP160 in no time.

If you are like me and hate grinding, you can do the daily town quests in Cyrodiil (5 locations x 10 quests = 50 daily quests), they provide very high XP, and once you're used to doing them, they're dne very quickly - especially in Bruma.

Don't forget the daily random dungeon. 100K XP (+ boosts) every day. Takes ten minutes to wrap up a dungeon in normal mode.

    • Training gear, at least purple, 5-1-1 setup if you have less than 2 armor trained to 50. If all trained to 50, 7-0-0
    • Ambrosia or scroll. Sadly, they do not stack. so it's either 50%/100% or 150% bonus XP via this method.
    • If XP event is on, activating event related memento gives extra 100% XP boost on top of fore mentioned things.

    Spots for fast leveling:
    • Vivec's Antlers - a ton of fast respawning Dreughs and dc invaders that hit like wet noodle. Best to visit in dead hours, since no competition will be there.
    • Coldharbour zombie spawn spot, near Vile Laboratory. A bit less XP, weak zombies that count towards Fighter's Guild progression. Dead hours as well.
    • Skyreach, instanced area, best done as duo since soloing it is too slow. If you have a good friend that likes to waste time and is geared to the teeth, bring him there and you will get to CP160 within a day of playing.
    • Thrill seeker's spot - cave infested with goblins within Cyrodiil, just north from Cropsford. There will be AD/DC/EP waiting to kill you, depending on alliance you choose. But XP is very nice, goblins spawn like crazy. Also, if your alliance controls Cropsford, do the daily quests. Ton of XP, all are quite trivial and requires less time than some other towns in Cyrodiil.
    • Bruma in Cyrodiil, if your alliance controls it. Pros - easy daily quests, only one requires more that 2 minutes to finish. Anchor inside town respawns every 10 minutes or so, so its a ton of XP as well, while leveling FG fast, since 90% of NPCs you fight there are undead/daedra. Cons - Other alliances will hunt you down and kill on sight almost 100% of time. Sometimes, there are players from other alliances that "live and let others live" but it is not that common as many would like.
    • Cheydinhal. Most of the time, a ghost town. No flags to capture, so zergs don't even bother. About 70% of daily quests there can be done in a minute, just 3 of them require a bit more time. Great for XP, just as other Cyrodiil dailies.

I tried clearing one myself and got murdered.
    Sometimes there are other players.
But by myself is a nono.
I can get through delves and pubgeon myself.
Even if its a bit hard.

If you're too weak yet to handle a dark anchor on your own, forget my previous advice regarding IC sewers, you'd be overwhelmed. Focus on Cyro dailies as I explained (but @Enslaved explained even better) and the other overworld PvE spots he mentioned (Vivec's antlers, etc.) .

Also, Psijic Ambrosia and the XP scrolls don't stack with each other.

    Best answer for me.
What area is best for leveling up.
Can I clear pub dungeon and repeatedly.
    Dolmens are a no no.

Why no Dolmens? There are usually people there so you don't have to do them alone

Try the Cambray Hills Dolmen in Glenumbra, it seems there are always groups there. Perhaps because it's pretty close to town.
