Yup stam sorc can be pretty brutal during buff layover. Though they lack perma wolf passives
I recommend these two set ups:
Nightblade can perform well with health regen build. Beekeeper/trollking/viper or pirate use max stam+ health regen. Health regen races work best here.
Templars can make good use of stacking weapon damage with Pelinal's Aptitude. Your human form can make use of honor the dead. Tri food here.
Hit me up in game, @CHRLYNSCH. I can walk you through some set ups, builds, and tips.

See what I am doing presently is 5/5 hundings 5/5 ravager with a molag kena piece (all heavy armor) with 14 points in health 50 points in stamina to give me a bit of tankiness (so I can survive the inevitable focus fire that I've been getting in battlegrounds). So far i can tell I hit like a truck and so long as I'm only fighting two or so people at a time I usually win those exchanges, it's when I'm up against three or more that I start to have some real trouble.
I figured with my Argonian my heals would go further using the in werewolf healing kit as well as how nice that potion passive can be with how werewolves are wanting for resources quite a bit be it magicka for heals or stamina (so I usually run tripots). I've been considering swapping out hunding's for reactive, however, to allow me to better survive those focus fires that happen but I'm not sure as I would be losing a considerable amount of weapon power that way.
Ultimately I want to create my own build and such, I'm just looking for some tips to help me figure out the base level as right now my set up is pretty... Well, not very specialized. I mean, hunding and ravager is just par for the course easy mode trying to get as much weapon damage as you can get.
So you are a lizard, who's a dragon too and also a wolf?
TBH IDK how that combo works... As a Stam DK you do have a strong heal, strong CC, strong dots... going WW will give you more of the same.
