Burning Spellweave is actually more in line with Scathing Mage now. Burning spellweave procs a burning DoT on the target while boosting your Spell Damage and you need to use a Flame ability to proc it. Where as Scathing Mage you need to do Crit damage to Boost your spell damage, a little more than BSW, however on players it harder to proc.Xelrick: "Do not mix chaos with madness. If it doesn't green then you have to enchant the blue with tripots. buff CP with hardened ward until patch notes are loaded on the server. It is the meta.

OP has figured out how to revert BSW and Magelight to pre-morrowind settings. Combined with an Orc's speed and the old werewolf ult regen passive he has come up with a juggernaut build capable of 50K DPS.
We are still awaiting the screenshot of the Combat Metrics parse though.Playing since beta...8 -
