Divine Restoration Quest Bugged

I went into the Divinity Atelier room where you have to fight the guardian, unfortunately after killing him I was unable to enter the Energy Reservoir. I killed him fairly fast so I do not know if that is what caused the bug.

The quest markers for this part are not showing up correctly, apparently.

Try running around the room and look for quest markers, for some reason they are not showing on the map and are hard to see in game. This is how I was able to finish it.
