For PvE, make it so that healing and shields on yourself are -50%, but those cast on others are unaffected... I really liked this skill for PvE as my healer, but since the nerf now severely inhibits my ability to heal or shield allies, it's completely useless... I honestly don't know a build that would be able to use this skill and it's morphs now, completely neutered.

Its because the player base abused it. plain and simple. the few ruined it for the many. this is life. sorry but not sorry.
seriously - what did you think was going to happen when tanks were stacking 70k health and spamming shields then getting the mag back by spell symming? thats cheap af. thats sneaky *** that when i heard of it i was like, man for real? ya'll so desperate.RickterESO

I used that a long time ago for my max life tank and it worked really good, when you have a good sustained healer

Cheap af lol! Lets see at 70k health the skill cost over 16k health and returned around 4k magic. Hardly cheap or op by any means. Now dark deal thats another story...

✭✭✭✭✭This skill has always been dubious since the day ESO launched as it allowed magicka builds to have unlimited resources.Make Rush of Agony "Monsters only." People should not be consecutively crowd controlled in a PvP setting. Period.0 -

True, but we had unlimited resources until morrowind anyway with cp. I just wish they didn't completely destroy this skill..0
