Class Theme Cosmetics

Something I'd like to see in the Crown Store is a class theme cosmetic section.

I love playing the Warden but I'm not too fond of the skill effects, specifically the blueish colour of the nature skills. So would be cool if there was a sort of "costume" type thing but for class skill effects and icons.
For example say there is a "Wyrd Warden" that you can toggle on like you would a costume, with it on all the warden skills would change appearance to be similar to the magic Wyrd NPC's use which is green nature looking with leaf effects etc.

Can obviously add for all classes.
For example a Dark Templar theme for templars, changing skill effects and icons to a darker/unholy/daedric theme. Or a Sheogorath's Madness theme for Nightblades, giving them a purple/buttlefly type effects similar to Sheogorath's magics.

Would be neat and interesting, but not sure of the complexity or dev time requirements.

There would also be those who complain the current bad/buggy animations and effects should be fixed first.

No thanks. I like to know who I'm fighting in PvP.

I wouldn't mind it though if it's for PvE only.

Idea is quite neat, though it might be too much for the team to do. what I would like, which would be more simpler I bet. is having like costumes and such that is sorta class theme.
basicly, let us say there is a costume for each class you can buy from the crown store. that is made in mind to fit the class and such, templar costume might be something a bit holy like a paladin-ish looking armour or something similar to the crusader armour. While the Nightblade get a cool assassin (not DB themed ofc) costume, and Sorc gets a awesome robe.
Of course it doesn't need only to be costumes, or costumes at all. just an example i had on how we can do class cosmetics and all that.
THOUGH I don't think these should be class locked though, just something that is aimed for the classes in mind. And there is quite a few roleplayers around in the game. So if they were to do this and class lock it, that wouldn't be a good thing for many players.

No idea how complex it would be but sure would be a fun addition. :)

Could disable it in PvP and keep it a PvE only thing, I wouldn't mind that.

I definitely wouldn't mind class specific costumes being added, would be pretty cool even though I personally prefer to create my own look.
I just really want the green nature skill effects that the Wyrd NPC's use :p

yea, I agree with ya as well. I would love other effects, like a darker version of templar. would fit vampire sooooo much better, I just thought my idea might be easier. but who knows, we might get both or something similar one day! :D

Warden should've been Wyress/plant/nature magic. I've found nobody who likes the Warden skill animations and I doubt even the art/design teams like them. They're a tacky add-on for Morrowind and don't sit nicely with the game's overriding aesthetic. Anyone with an ounce of visual nonce knows that.

I'm of the opinion they should redo them and make the current set Crown Store skill skins (but give them to anyone who bought Morrowind before then for free).

So yes, I approve of class skill skins. What I don't approve of is having to buy a set just so your character actually feels like they belong in the world.

So yes, I'd like to see class skill skins. But I'm against having to buy a set just so your character feels like they belong in the world. For that reason, I think Warden skills should be redone, and the old skill skins offered through the store for those who want what is a very specialised look (and given to those who bought Morrowind before that date for free).
