I imagine it would be much easier to do when the addons are curated by Bethesda, like the Creation Club content will be. But still, this is an MMO, so they have to be extra careful.The issue is getting Sony and Microsoft to agree the add-ons.
I honestly don't mind Creation Club, I want to see high quality content being produced for Skyrim again considering we only got three DLCs.
