Unobtainable chest in Forgotten Wastes public dungeon

There's an unobtainable chest located in an alcove just before the door to Kora Dur, some kind of invisible wall blocks you from getting to it even though it's in plain view. Where my character is standing in the screenshot is as close to it as you can get.
