Console group finder new issues

I use group finder successfully often. Before and after morrowind.
Since saturday 6/10/2017 still goin on today 6/12/2017... when i join queue for random dungeon it makes my game freeze for 2 seconds every 10 seconds. So from a quest while i wait for the queue standpoint game is silly annoying. I am on xbox n/a.
I have reset everything here, console, router, game info etc. issue goes away if i remove from queue.. and yes if i stand still long enough i do get into a group.. but cant do anything else (besides walk an freeze over an over) until that point.
Was somethin changed saturday cause i was fine friday.... please fix
