    Wrong.

Fall damage reduction is worse, it should be replaced with something useful like cannibalism.

Actually fall damage reduction is the only useful first passive gameplay-wise. It helps a lot in open world PvP where you have to kite and utilize line of sight if you don't want to be zerged down.

My bosmer do not utilize stealth all that often, so the passive isn't quite so useful for me. However, for pvp and pve thievery/assassination it is a fantastic passive.

My Bosmer uses the Night Mother set. I'm not sure how that stacks or not.
I never think about stuff like that when I'm actually playing.

I got suspenders for saying "Testicular Mass" instead of "Balls". like, rilly.

Actually, I've found the fall damage reduction to come in rather handy at times. Same goes for the stealth bonus. Obviously it's not as useful if you're trying to powerhouse for pvp, but then why should it? Other races have flavored bonuses with minor utility as well.

I haven't been able to show any difference from fall damage between my bosmer and my buddies altmer. We ran off the top of Bleakers several times and each time we both took the same amount of fall damage. I would agree that in theory its one of the only semi useful things. But in practice I haven't found it to work at all.

Assuming you are wearing Night Mothers Embrace (the drop set), yes that stacks. My thiefing little bosmer girl can run circles around guards without ever being spotted wearing that set (and Nights Silence).

Its a good utility passive and is meaningful in pvp. I do think bosmer needs a little extra something for pve though. Raising the stamina passive up to 9% would probably do it.

Meh to pvp. If you are rocking the damage shield meta, you can fall a long way too.

    And
It makes more sense that cats would have fall damage reduction.

Also, because of our culture of "Right of Theft" Bosmer should have increase pickpocket/lockpicking.

Like I said, health regen through cannibalism is better! Make it an offense to do in cities in order to keep with alliance lore.

I love the falling damage reduction on my bosmer but switching those two would make a lot of sense, though Khajiit are known for finding stuff in pockets as well of course.

Yeah okay say that again when I am forcing you to dance naked in the middle of Marbruk as per Right of Theft.
Just so that everyone knows, my Altmer still can't have black hair. About a dozen of Altmer NPCs in the game have black hair. Just saying.

    Meet my characters:
    Command: Do the thing.

Zadarri, Khajiit Fist of Thalmor: The thing was done, as commanded.
Durza gra-Maghul, Orc blacksmith: The thing was done perfectly, in the most efficient way.
Tegwen, Bosmer troublemaker: You can't prove I didn't do the thing.
Sings-Many-Songs, Argonian fisher: Sure, I'll do the thing... Eventually. Maybe.
Aerindel, Altmer stormcaller: After extensive research, I've come to the conclusion that doing the thing would be a waste of resources.
Liliel, Dunmer pyromancer: Aerindel said I shouldn't do the thing. Something about "resources".
Gyda Snowcaller, Nord cryomancer: I will find a way to do it that won't waste resources and make Aerindel proud of me.
Beatrice Leoriane, Breton vampire: I persuaded someone else into doing the thing. You are welcome, dear.
Sahima, Redguard performer: Doing the thing sounds awfully unpleasant and really not my problem.
Ellaria Valerius, Imperial priestess: I'll pray to the Eight for the thing to be done, if it is Their will.

    Wait, what race?

Speaking as my Bosmer, Tegwen. She takes the Right of Theft very seriously. It's a very good way to acquire goods or to make someone do something silly, shameful and entertaining.

If you are asking what race she would prefer seeing dancing naked, that would be the Altmer for more than one reason.
