Am I missing something?

So, I decided to purchase the ESO: Morrowind digital upgrade (the one that costs $39.99).

I just received a system message that said I need to turn in a code to keep my discovery pack loot.

Am I missing something? If I purchased the digital upgrade, do I need to turn in some kind of code? Or does this "turn in code" only apply for people who purchased a physical copy only?

Just making sure I can keep my three treasure maps and my war dog. Any assistance will be appreciated.

Signed,

Turn in code was for physical CEs. I would ignore it for now, and contact support if you lose access

Man, support site is messed up.

The log-in button doesn't work on the PC, so I have to log in to the support portal via my phone. And now it's requesting an access code, and I'm at the mercy of waiting for an email to get through the spam filters.

All this just to make sure I don't lose my loot. Wish someone would clarify if I need to get some type of code for digital upgrades or if this "turn in code" applies only to physical CE's.

Any physical edition requires you to enter the code in the box. Any digital editions bought outside of the ESO store or Steam would require you to enter the code.

So, essentially, if I purchased my digital edition at the ESO Store (which I did), I can ignore the server message regarding codes and continue playing ESO without fear of losing my loot?

The code is also on your account page if you purchased it direct from ESO.

Are you on pc or console? On pc it was automatic and never asked for a code.
