Farmed normal with 4 dds, we didn't even bother with the pinion and the boss pretty much died every time in the position she spawns.

It's not hard. It just has its own set of tricks that need to be learned... just like most version II dungeons and all other DLC dungeons.

The only problem is pugging it with people who are new to it and are listening challenged.
