I pickpocked a NPC and I got "Velothi Tapestry, Geyser" I went to launder it and the fencer said that item can not be fenced, it's a housing item. Thank you.

Would be nice if it is fixed this patch, but the same bug affected some items in the homestead patch and were not fixed for months.0 -
