Posting my problem because customer service did not resolve it, even though . . .

I replied to the email from customer service that said there were going to address my problem and have not received a response . . . only a customer survey request. SO . . .

I am still having trouble with this housing/furniture item: "Blueprint: Common Block, Chopping Block." I learned the recipe and am not able to see the item to craft under my woodworking blueprints. It is not listed under any of the categories hence I cannot craft it. Please let me know if this is going to be fixed or if it is on the list of things to be fixed.

PS, why can't these minor issues be fixed more often and quickly once they are known. I mean many other games that I know of put out small patches that fix these minor nuissance issues all the time.

    Sorry for the question but did you uncheck the "Show only recipes for which I have material" ?

    Yes, I checked and unchecked all the options and tried different combinations and I even tried without addons, but still that recipe would not show up for me to craft

    I'll assume you have the crafting skill. Did you bug report it in game aswell?

    It is possible that the item is named differently than the recipe is. I noticed that particular error when I read a recipe: Common Counter, Merchant Stall, and discovered, after much frustration, that in the crafting menu, it shows up as: Common Counter, Island Stall. It is quite possible that other items have been renamed in the game. I doubt the one I found was the only one.

    How many responses did you get? If it's <4 you probably haven't breached the automated reply stages yet. Keep at it, eventually you'll get past robots and "marked as answered" but no actual help. No promise (or eta) on a fix though. In my experience, and a forum post I came across it takes a few responses before an actual human seems to interact beyond "copy+paste click resolved."

    Well, I was looking to see if it was named something else or something close to it and was looking at the previews and I did not come across it. I will look more closely when I log back in after the patch.

    Yes, I am max crafter . . . I did not report it as a bug, but I did make an in game report . . . actually, maybe I did report it as a bug as well, hard to remember, but I reported it at least twice . . . must report more I guess

    @Messy1 - did you check if it is not a craftable on one of the other crafting stations?

    I know it may be a stupid question but i really dont know how zenni decided what gets crafted on which crafting station.

    Lol, yes I acutally did check on the other crafting stations for this recipe and I could not find it XD
