Hello.

I've been a player since the beta but I stopped when the Champion System came live. I also back one year ago but only for a short time, and now I'm back for good with Morrowind but I'm actually confused with my main NB character.

I used to play my NB with a ganker build and I had fun but now I wanted to change to a sustain build. This is the first time I play my NB with a different build and I'm quite lost how to be efficent with sustain builds.

I mainly play in non-CP campaign (Sotha Sil).
My NB is a Reguard with 343 CP.

7/7 medium armor
4 items with Impenetrable trait and the rest, Divines
Mundus Stone: The Serpent

I have 5/5 Viper and 5/5 Eternal Hunt (and I've plan to get one more Viper ring in order to use monster item)
Viper: 2 jewelries and 3 armor items
Eternal Hunt: bow, 2H and 4 armor items

My stats in Cyrodil (non-CP) with drink buff:
Health 19K, Stamina 29K, Stamina regen 2.5K and weapons damage: 2K

I use 2h and bow; both Sharpened and enchant which reduce resistances.
2H bar: Executioner, Ambush, Surprise Attack, Rally and Mass Hysteria. Ulti Iincapacitating Strike
Bow bar: Shadow Image or Piercing Mark, Poison Injection, Dark Cloack, Shuffle and Vigor. Ulti: Soul Tether

I feel like I do no damage, well it's not the purpose of sustain build but... And I also get pretty hard. May be I miss something. It's been a long time I didn't played. This build is totally different from that I was used to... I had to relearn but I really want to try.

- Any advises ?
- Some gears need to change ?

Try bumping up that weapon damage up a bit, otherwise your setup seems fine

Weapon damage is low, have you tried weapon damage glyphs?
You could also slot some FG skills which grants a passive which also affects damage.

Your regen seems good to me, though if its the main concern for you look at Shadow Walker set which is great for stam and health regen.

    Also, don't get hit

I think a good balance between stam regen and weapon damage is key. I have been playing around with different glyph combos and find that a 2,200/2,200 balance works well if you're running Viper. Despite what some say about proc builds, sometimes even this amount of weapon damage isn't enough to finish a kill depending on your opponent.

Ok to start, I'll remplace a glyph on my Viper ring to increase weapons damage. I'll go to around 2.3K stam and 2.2K wpn dmg.

    What's FG ?

Now I have 2 rings with Weapons damage. Sitting at around 2.2K.

The good thing is that you can always tinker with things like glyphs, enchants, attribute points, food/drink, until you find what fits your playstyle.

Using viper and eternal hunt your weapon damage isn't going to be uber high because you're relying on procs for damage

This build would be stronger if you farm fg2 for the debaser (sharpened viper greatsword) and keep the 5 pc of viper active on the 2h bow and then eternal hunt active in bow bar. With a Selene 2 pc.

Your build now is super weak. I'd also switch the divines trait to wellfitted or impen.

You might want to consider making your bow defending as well.

    2x Selenes (monster set)
5x Eternal Hunt (bow and 4 armour)
    5x Viper (2h, 3 jewellery and 1 armour).

All recovery glyphs, maybe 1WD if you really want but it's not needed.
Gold food or Jewels of Misrule for food/drink buff.

2.3k buffed WD, insane recovery and best part, your armour does all the work for you.

That seems better aye, FG is Fighter's Guild, some decent passives in the Guilds if you look into it.

Yeh, since the gold Viper rings were up on the vendor I have revisited my Viper based build over the weekend. Weapon damage is about 2,200 as well and works fine, just lost a bit of sustain with using it over Hunding's.

I'm going to try out Viper/Shadow Walker next.

I farm a bit FG I these last days and now, I have 6 armors with Impentrable trait.

So far: 5/5 Viper (2 armors and 3 jewels), 5/5 (4 armors and 2H/bow) and 1 monster Set (Veli).
And I also bought gold Viper rings in Cyro. My jewels are now with 2 Stamina recovery glyphs and 1 Weapon damage glyph.

Now (still in no-CP campaign) I have 2.3K Stamina regen and around 2.7K Weapon Damage (with Rally activated) and of course with food buff.

But I'll indeed farm FG II for the Viper 2H and get Selene set.

About FG skills, I got every passives.
