Please help with glitched warden ultimate guardian's wrath/eternal guardian

This is hard for me to describe. I have not submitted a support ticket on this yet because it would take too much text to describe. I have selected the morph eternal guardian for my warden ultimate. This means my bear is supposed to respawn if killed after 1 minute. I have this morph slotted on both bars. When I summon my bear the morph on my skill bar reverts back to guardian's wrath instead of eternal guardian and when the bear dies he doesn't respawn ever until I resummon him. It makes the ultimate unplayable. I will also submit a ticket but would please like a response here as well in case others are having this issue.

aegisfire1975✭✭✭Oh, I just realized it's Sunday and no one is here. This is super frustrating. I guess I'll try tomorrow. I really wish there were staff here in the forum on the weekends. This forum and customer support seem so short staffed it's really embarrassing for them.0

aegisfire1975✭✭✭Well I received a response from customer support. They have solved my issue apparently. They have directed me to enter a bug report here. Which I have done already. They have also directed me to "submit a bug report of this issue, by using the /bug command in-game. This will ensure that your experience, as well as data from your character, is logged and forwarded to the developers." I am not aware of this function on the xbox but I will look. Can someone help me fix my character please?0

aegisfire1975✭✭✭Update: the /bug feature takes me to the help screen that I submitted the original ticket through. I wish customer service could actually do something to help us with issues.0

aegisfire1975✭✭✭It appears that this glitch is just a visual one it's not actually affecting the performance of the ultimate it just appeared that way initially.0
