Looking for a mag sorc pvp build for both cyrodil and BG's. I am max cp and looking for sets that arent too hard to obtain. either buy, easy farm, or craft. thank you

In CP campaign I'm running 5 Amberplasm/5 Shacklebreaker 1 Monster Helm and it's working very well for me. Sharpened Destro on front bar and defending Resto on back. No VMA needed.
You can also just run Amberplasm/Engine Guardian/Willpower. (Might be a little harder to farm than you are looking for)
I'd also say Julianos/Lich is interesting as well.
For BGs - I still run Amberplasm/Shacklebreaker - but if you're going into BGs as a MagSorc I would almost just say front load into a high spell power build and say screw regen. Unless you are running with a team and are ok as a support/execute guy I'd say just hit as hard as you can before you die from shields not being worth a crap in nonCP.0 -

Julianos and Shackle wouldn't work because no jewelry.
I'd say Amberplasm is the biggest pain to get, but it's almost worth it for the stats you get.
If you dumped Amberplasm - I'd say go Julianos and Lich. Lich can be farmed really easily on normal and you don't have to have purple jewelry - just put gold enchants on them and you're only losing a tiny bit of extra resources.
*also ignore my BG advice. You need the regen - I just hate the role you're forced into in BGs as a MagSorc. That's just me though - you might love it. To each their own.0 -
