Bash is not affected by stamina. does it intended?

I thought bash has same formula as other stamina skills, so I expected increasing stamina will increase bash's damage. but when i tested, bash is not affected by stamina. does it intended?

Yes, it's intended... I've not crunched the numbers but as far as I know, bash is the same as a light attack which isn't affected by resource pools.
