What is the most harmful build of this patch?

I was under the impression a Blazing Temp was, but i've seen that they are apparently dead now. What is the cheesiest, most cancerous build this patch? I love playing the most hated builds. (besides magsorc. I will never stoop low enough to play that)

Viper + veli/selene + ophidian venom stamina scumblade (esp in battlegrounds).

✭✭✭✭✭Haven't noticed much in the way of cancer builds in Vivec. As others have said any proc heavy build is pretty bad in bgs it seems, and same in non cp campagian.0 -

It's not that they're bad per se, they're just strong in all areas without giving up anything. Very high damage, with very high defensiveness (shields), with very high mobility (streak and boundless), with great resource management skills (dark exchange and overload).
