With this design?
Well as we all know the GF has its ups and dawns. But lats say it works.
If a player dont play 30 + hours pr week, and dont have a guild. How should this person ever be able to get any pladge done, or maby its the hole idea that he/she should not be able?
Same goes for any other guild orianted systems?

you can pug pledges. mmorpgs can not cater to everyone's personal lives.
if you don't have time for a mmorpg then you don't have the time.1
