So, I just stumbled upon what this option actually does and I'm pretty stoked about it. I enabled at the creation of my new warden and thought nothing of it.
So imagine, if you will, walking around and happen to stop with one leg on a curb and one on the street and you find, surprisingly, your leg is propped up on the curb while the other remains firmly on the street! Whoa! That's never happened before. So I have a thought and head to the gameplay options and disable it. What do I find, but my foot on the street is now floating and my PC is standing as straight-legged as can be. Hmm, so that's what it does.
Although it is a small change, it is one that will remain enabled.
TL;DR: I found out what Foot Inverse Kinematics does and it's pretty cool.
