For starters the writing is fantastic. I've already acquired grand adventurer, and I'm still questing.

The monster mechanics I especially appreciate in this zone. For one, all of the world bosses are very well done. What truly surprised me was the Ox-Nix though. You have no idea how happy I was when I saw this monster immediately pounce at me, and knock me back; and furthermore if you allow it to live long enough is does some awesome AoE abilities.

This is what I want from this game. I want aggressive monsters that can convince me that they want to tear my face off. What I can't stand about the PvE in this game is how the grand majority of adds in this game (and a lot of bosses) spam light attacks with an occasional charge attack. My only gripe about the Ox-Nix was its low health pool.

The music in this expansion is also spot on. I would like more dark ominous shoes in the future as well. One request though, can we please change up the combat music to something more aggressive, and epic?

And finally the delves. These delves look phenomenal! They're not the copy-and-paste delves that we're used to seeing in Tamriel. They're huge, and intricate. I actually took a moment as I was going through one to check out the scenery.

ZOS, please continue to create such high quality content in the future. And more aggressive adds like the Ox-Nix :-)

Go to vet arenas or dungeons solo and do not force everyone around to play in your game.

    • Animation canceR - is true PvP cancer! When you can't see which actions your opponent do - you can't react properly on them!

I love the delves so much.
When the snows fall and the white winds blow,
the lone wolf dies, but the pack survives.

everything looks very nice but all the public stuff is just way to easy, didnt die once on the map or public dungeons

So you want stoopid players that don't know to stay out of red? The mobs feel more alive as they should but still are easy enough for players that don't spam light attacks on a now build

    What in Azura's name...

This isn't about forcing competitive content into overland PvE. I hate the effect that endgame/competitive play has on normal PvE. This is about making the monsters we encounter flavourful in their combat behaviour as well as their appearance.

In the vanilla zones there was very little to differentiate between whether you were fighting a Kagouti in Shadowfen or any of the heavy-armour humanoids that also perform that charge. With this, I immediately know that I am fighting a Nix-Ox. I am preparing that dodge-roll as soon as I see it sink into a crouch (of course due to a very high ping I rarely manage to get out of the way in time but still). I makes me consider the monster as an unique opponent, rather than an interchangeable template of standard abilities.

I think the OP is right. The Morrowind chapter is a giant step in the right direction for PvE.
