Animations for Flurry and Surprise Attack

Has anyone else noticed that the animations for Flurry and its morphs as well as Surprise Attack for nightblades have been off since the release of Morrowind.

In my experience about half the time the animations will not show at all yet the damage will go off a few seconds later.

These are the only two that I have noticed so far but there may be others.

    What about the lag associated with bow heavy attacks?? Zos made the bow weird as hell.

    Sounds awfully similar to biting jabs animation delay. You could spam the ability for 2-3 times and wait or block then all the damage will come through in a burst.

    It's hard to replicate the bug as it happens at random so I have a hard time reporting the bug.

    There's a thread about it in Bugs. There's definite lag in the cast and the server registering you made the cast.

    I have noticed this as well as Steel tornados animation not working either.

    There seems to be a lot of this 'lag' issue and not just with the above mentioned skills. Since the Morrowind update, there are times skills just 'lag out' and it's not because of actual "lag". You fire light destro attacks, and the animation doesn't go off, and then BOOM, suddenly the damage registers.

    Yes. I get some lag between rapid strikes and surprise attack in conjunction with light/heavy attack weaving.

    I'm thinking this was an attempt to curb animation canceling? Don't quote me on it.

    It happens with pretty much all abilities... Steel Tornado, Deadly Cloak, Relentless Focus, Force Pulse, Vigor, etc

    Hope this gets fixed soon as its kind of annoying. Everything just feels off to me in combat.

    Interestingly enough, when doing dps tests anyway, it will apply all the damage you have been dealing up until the point when it decides to apply it. Say for example : you cast weave surprise attack 3 times and apply 2 dots. The dots will apply and tick their damage as well as the light or heavy attacks you do but the surprise attacks will not. You will just look like a pleb slapping the thing your fighting until the surprise attack damage applies all at oncs. It actually isn't a dps loss either.

    Skills i notice it on anyway are surprise attack, rearming trap, impale, and incap strike. Rearming actually throws out the trap without the animation but you still are just throwing your weapons around like your in a slap fight.
