So I went and opened those treasure chests from ce treasure map, and guess what.. no sets where awarded?

Same, they couldn't have something that would be perceived as "pay to win" but it shouldn't have been rubbish. Enjoy the hunt, not the prize. Even though this is deliberate exclusion, it is hard to distinguish from a normal RNG day.

Yeah.. pretty lame. I don't think it would become p2w because you had to purchase morrowind to get it.
