Has "SET LuaMemoryLimitMB "X" been removed from UserSettings?

I'm curious as I can no longer see this in the UserSettings. Has this been removed recently?
Difficulty scaling is desperately needed. 9 years. 6 paid expansions. 25 DLCs. 41 game changing updates including A Realm Reborn-tier overhaul of the game including a permanent CP160 gear cap and ridiculous power creep thereafter. I'm sick and tired of hearing about Cadwell Silver&Gold as a "you think you do but you don't"-tier deflection to any criticism regarding the lack of overland difficulty in the game.

But ESO-plus-add-ons sure uses a lot of memory; I'm often over 5 gigs now.
And of course ESO almost always fills one "virtual core" of CPU.0 -

Prior to Morrowind, there was a bug in the LUA memory system when LUA saved variables files got too large. It would corrupt the data. I have no idea whether it is still a bug.0
