I'm going to be buying one of them today but I don't know which is best, so I thought I'd ask what everyone's opinion of them are, I don't want serenity so its really between the chateau or dagerfall overlook and maybe the cave hahaha

Go for Daggerfall Overlook. I really like it - and Ebonheart's got some weird layout imo.

It depends on your reason for buying. In my case, it was to use as a guild house so I went with Daggerfall - lots of open space at the front for putting lots of crafting stations.
Even on the internet, clear communication is important; it can be the difference between "helping your Uncle Jack off a horse" and "helping your uncle jack off a horse"; the difference between "knowing your s***" and "knowing you're s***".

If you are set on a notable, then Daggerfall Outlook is great. Lots of room over three floors and decent outside space with outbuildings/stable for putting your crafting stations etc if you want to.

But unless you don't like Redguard properties, I would go for Hundings Palatial Hall instead, which is a large classic home but every bit as big as the notables. It is pretty massive, has a large courtyard within the building walls, and huge grounds with stable, pool, lookout tower and your own private beach. It doesn't seem to rain nearly as much there either! Worth a look before you make up your mind. :)

How many furniture slots does palatial have? I have 400 at my house and need at least another 200

Hunding's is fab - with a bit of time, wooden platforms & patience with the really really irritating placement system, you can get up onto the flat roof so even more space.

(Btw, if the ability to do that gets nerfed like has happened in Earthtear I will have the Mother of all tantrums. You have been warned. >:) )

Yes I agree. But even notables only have 700, which is never going to be enough to furnish large properties anyway.

This just highlights the need for @ZOS to substantially raise the furnishing level cap as a matter of urgency (which means soon rather than when they get round to it in about two years time). The sheer number of posts in various threads concerning furnishing level caps should be enough to alert them to the fact that this is an extremely important issue with the vast majority of players who have bought houses since Homestead was launched.
