Crit surge stopped working - any ideas?

I've submitted a help ticket, but I've heard from some other folks that their some of their skills, too, don't seem to be working.
For me, it's crit surge. It was working fine until I switched to Dreugh King Slayer this morning. But now, when I hit the surge and check my character sheet, nothing. No difference.
Anyone else having issues such as this, or have a fix? I've reloaded UI and logged out/in. No change.

I'm fairly certain it does. I use both crit surge and rally in pvp for maximum healing potential.Struggling to find a new class to call home.Please send help.0
