The equipable disguises are disguised to prevent disguises such as kollopi essence which makes you almost invisible and thus to prevent exploits
Are you PvPer kidding or what? Crying about unbalanced, about sustain, about lag, etc.. and now disguise not working, something so useless as this... i guess it will never end, every single excuse is used... worst than workers Union(teasing poke)

Sick of people running in these obnoxious jester costumes or bright colored wedding robes, acting as a beacons for zergs - multi group stacking 23 people in group follow leader in white dress (or other flashy color) while 2ndary zerg will be also following them despine being separated from group.
Or people in skeleton costumes to minimise their visible frame, hide armor type and monster sets.
Everyone in PVP should have standard uniforms, based on PVP rank and when someone reaches emperor they have their regalia turned on by default to indicate that

I don't think people are crying about it just after clarification.
I noticed that my serpents disguise wasn't working either, if the reason is that it hides vampirism and gives people an advantage they need to remove all 'skins' from pvp as well.

Kollopi hasn't been usable in Cyro in years.
Regular disguises were usable though before Morrowind. Just another thing killed in cyro for no reason.
