Can we do something about heavy armor so that we can use it with Dual Wield and 2h?

So many magika and stamina builds that use all the weapons and armors, but god forbid you wanna wear heavy armor and not use 1h and shield in Cyrodiil.

If someone can post videos of builds with 5 pieces Heavy and DW mainbar or 2h mainbar for stamina going 1vX it would be awsome.

What's stopping you from using dual wield with heavy armor?

Your resistance should still be higher with no sword board, while wearing heavy armor, than wearing all light with sword and board. So I'm not sure where you're going with this.

I run DW front bar on my magplar all the time.

Sword and board is used a lot because of how much resistance it gives you. Doesn't mean it's the first choice for everyone, or is on everyone's front bar, because it's certainly never on mine.

I can still comfortably run DW(with heavy armor) front bar and Resto back bar for that extra resource gain. Sword and board is pretty standard if you want to take more hits(as it should be) , but doesn't make it necessary to survive.

While I do not know how the Morrowind sustain changes have affected builds, many have used HA for PvP as damage dealers, and unfortunately PvE DPS.

Zos changed one of the passives long ago to Wrath and it provides some weapon/spell damage when taking damage and another passive restores some resources when taking damage as well.

When Zos made the Wrath change they did so to help HA wearers with damage but specifically did not want it to be equal to wearing medium or light armor and that was a good call.

HA is and has been meta for pvp for a while. 1h/shield is just really strong due to how reducing block cost works currently. Before Morrowind, you could actually reduce block cost under the amount of stamina return constitution gave you, after Morrowind it's only slightly above it.

You can definitely make HA work in PvP (both CP & non-CP). It's what I use on my Stamblade (double DW) & I can hold my ground well enough, eschewing the cloak-&-burst style for more of a longer bruiser style without cloak.

The thread below focuses on Kodi, who is an exceptional HA 1vX stamDK. If you read through it the folks posting give great advice on build details, 1vX strategy, etc.

The title says that heavy armor works only with 1h/shield. It didn't say heavy armor is useless.

Show me proof that heavy armor isn't a bad for stamina non shield user
