Spriggan Front Bar/Back Bar 5 piece Activation?

I'm trying to design my Pve Stam Sorc to include the following; 2 velidreth, 5 War Machine, 5 Spriggan on front (3 rings + 2 1H weapons) with vMA bow on back (3/5 spriggans on back)

Would my DoTs from caltrops, endless hail, and poison injection on back bar gain the 5 piece bonus of spriggans when I switch to my front bar? Or is this an overall bad idea for a set up? Thanks!

Side note: I do not have 2 infused/precise/sharpened vMA daggers. (Only 1 infused and 1 charged) Yea I know people prefer TFS for extra penetration but I do not wish to farm it.

Dots are calculated based on the bar you are on at the time they tick, so yeah, that should work.

Single target DoTs are debuffs appled to the target on impact, so they will use the stats from the bar you are on when the dot hits the target. If you cast Poison injection from the bow bar it'll always use the bow bar stats. If you cast it and barswap to primary while it's in mid air it'll always use your primary bar stats.

    Interesting!

As far as I know this is NOT 100% correct.

AoE DoTs are calculated from the current bar - they are basically recalculated every time they tick.

doesnt make a lot of sense to me to differentiate there...but honestly, i think eso has one of the most confusing combat systems what ticks what and what procs when etc... there is just no consistency because the system wasn't built with a solid balanced foundation now they have to plug the leaks where they find them and all you have is chaos
