Morrowind Achievment furniture vendor?

Just started playing this and cant find anything on the web about where the vendor is. Only found battleground vendor. Does this mean there aint any?

Jimbullbee85✭✭✭✭Well i say just. Its took me 2 hours to do the main quest. Nice questline for story and scenary but way too short and enemies pretty lame
