Is the Morrowind CE Edition a single code for items and game, or two seperate codes?

Okay, a very. very long story short. I Pre-ordered my copy of Morrowind CE edition from Target. It was put on backorder the day it was supposed to arrive, and now it says it will be up to a month before I get it. My sister pre-ordered the standard edition of Morrowind, and she decided to give me her copy so I can play now, and I would give her my copy when it comes in.
I would of course be keeping my collector's edition items. But when I received her copy, I saw that I had to activate the game via code, which also applies the Discovery Pack. I had figured since it was a disk, it would just run off that, but I guess not.
So, question is, is the Collector's Edition content all bundled into the game code as well? Or are they two different codes?

✭On the PC version of the CE there was one code for everything. Base Game + Morrowind + Extras. All one code.
Which means if you already have ESO, you don't get a 2nd base game account.2 -
Balibe✭✭✭✭One code comes with your Morrowind CE edition from Target, who ever uses the code gets the items attached to the code. There is no splitting the base game from the Morrowind CE, it has already been clarified from ZOS in another thread this week ......
You can keep the collectors edition items in the box unless she is tough like Sheldon's sister ..... hint, cross legs .....
