Hello. I don't know why but I fail to kill enemy players in PVP. I have tried improving my skills, getting better weapons, better armor, but still nothing. Could you please give me some tips?

You are going to need to provide more info. A screen shot of your character sheet and a summary of how you set someone up for a kill will help a lot.

Well, I'm a dragon knight, and use sithis' great sword. I am a vampire, and I unlocked the ultimate skill that allows you to turn into a swarm of bats. My fighting tactics consist of rapidly dodging my enemies attacks and striking them with the nock-down spell ( I don't know the name of it), and going crazy with my greatsword. Also, when the going gets tough, I use my vampire bat ability.

given this is your discription the answer is simple.
    you need to play more.
you fail to provide a rotation thought process in your fights. all you can say is you roll dodge, knock down and go crazy with a greatsword.
practice an offensive and defencive rotation with your skills. dont roll dodge too much or you will burn out your stam.

    Also yes.

But maybe not everyone wants that, so OP what are you looking at? Is it build advice? AC advice? Combo?

    Sure bud.

    Step 1. Farm Selene

    Step 2. Farm Viper

Step 3. Equip resource cost poisons

    Poisons can help.
It is really important to stop them using thier healing abilities.
The cost increase poisions really sting and can quickly cause opponents to run out of resources.
There is also the option of using maim but it isn't as all purpose.

Cryodil isn't even about getting kills, its about when and where you get kills.. or more likely when and where you die....

    I haven't played battlegrounds.

Well, unfortunately my character is a dragon knight so I cannot go for the first option.

My biggest piece of advice is to first and foremost find what playstyle feels right to you. It doesn't matter what the meta is if something doesn't feel right in your hands you're not gonna swing it properly. Once you find something that feels right to you, figure out what skills and sets work along with that, look at similar builds from solid players and incorporate bits of their wisdom. Last but certainly not least, practice practice practice.

I only PvE, so I don't know how useful these would be in PvP, but for my Dragonknight I like to use Volatile Armor (a morph from the DK skill Spiked Armor) and Rally (a morph of the 2-handed skill Momentum) right as I dive into battle. They give me some survivability as I ready other skills. I suppose if you'd use Hardened Armor instead of spiked, and combined that with hitting your enemy with Brawler (another morph of a 2-handed skill, Cleave) it could give you a nice damage shield. May buy you the time you need to give the killing blow? As I said though, I'm not a PvPer so don't know how effective this would be in Cyrodiil.

From your reply, I'm picking up on two things:
You don't have a build, you have some random gear.
And you don't have a playbook of strategies and combinations to deal with particular types of opponents.

Since you are using a greatsword, I assume you are a stam DK. Drop vamp. Oh, and drop stone fist -- it's situationally useful for a mag DK but terrible on a stam DK and way too expensive for a stam build to waste magicka on versus volatile armor or igneous shield or fossilize. Review RECENT builds from successful stam DKs and find one that suits your playstyle. Watch videos of stam DKs play successfully and see what skills they are running and how they put them together.

Then, try your hand at dueling to practice in a controlled environment. I'd start with other novices from one of your guilds, because dying in 3 seconds to an experienced dueler in Rawl'kha will teach you nothing. When someone uses a skill or does something you don't understand, ask. It'll help you learn how other classes will react to your skills or counter them.
