Group Finder testing - Two persons.

When I try to use the group finder solo it takes a lot of time to get in, but most of the time it works.

After Morrowind, I and my GF has not been able to join any dungeons together using the group finder.

So today we tried out some things and tested a little. I'm level 37 Warden and she is CP 300 something. I own Morrowind and she doesn't.
I invited her to a group, where I was the leader. We then tried to queue up for a normal random dungeon. I waited for over 30min and nothing happen.
We tried to disband the group and do it again for another 30min and still nothing.

Then we made her leader. And whoop. we found a group in 10 sec. But the group were never formed as it said: "you or someone declined"...
And then it started the queue again. 10sec after, a new group was found, and again "you or someone declined" and it just kept doing that.

So we both travelled to her house. And I was able to see her, but she was not able to see me in her own home?.
I then tried to leave the group, it then said on her computer I left and she were alone. But on my computer, i was still in the group and were not able to leave the group.
I had to close the game and start it all up again before it said I was not in the group.

After then we again tried to travel to her house and first grouping when we both were there. And then we were able to see each other.
And when we tried to use the group finder with her as the leader it worked and 10 sec. after we join a dungeon together.

So it took us around 1½-2 hour to be able to play together.

Hope you can use some of this info to get the group finder to work better, as we are in the game to play together.

Also a fun side note. We did the dungeon with a tank using a bow and a DD using sword and board :dizzy:
Thank god my GF is a good healer haha.

Huh. Wonder if the dungeon finder has a problem with only looking at the leader when it tries to form groups. Potentially the reason why your GF (who was using the in-demand healer) got such short queue times, and you (the dps, the over-saturated market) got shafted.

Maybe, if it only looks at the leader when forming groups, that could be a reason why group joining is so FUBAR. your healer queues and the system looks for 2 dps and tank, but doesn't check to see if they are solo, or a group, and once the groups try to merge, if there are any conflicting roles it pops up with: "you or someone declined" as the failsafe text output.

That could also explain why queuing as a DPS would be such a pain in the arse. Since even if you've a healer and a tank in your group, the group finder will just be considering you as a lone dps.
