I didn't even have an issue out side of a few hours getting on at launch. You got an old Xbone? I honestly think the old Xbones play this game poorly despite most people thinking that is crazy talk. My New slim seems to load things faster, have less issues processing and I have less lag.

Hmm, I don't know if there's anything they could do. Honestly I havent had any issues with my Xbone loading into the game. I froze up once and had to shut the game down, but got right back in. Are all other online games working?

I think they may need more info to trouble shoot.

Yep, tried other games and apps, they're working. It doesn't seem like an XBONE issue since I am making it through the opening credits and everything in ESO but after hitting A the game doesn't advance.

Have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling the game? Perhaps something got messed up during the patch? I haven't heard of others having this issue, so it has to be something on your end, sadly.

Non technical response....my experiences have been that this game has more issues regardless of the 4 different Xbox one consoles I've had since release when wired vs wireless.

I've had two different isp Time Warner Cable (now Spectrum) and Google Fiber

I've had 3 different modem router combo devices.

My connections have always been over 100 Mbs down and 10 Mbs up. Today it's Google fiber and my Xbox gets 350-400 Mbs down and 700-900 Mbs upload (yes I know that looks backwards but that's actual wired)

I've used port forwarding and not port forwarding and uPnP on and off.

For this game only, I sometimes have to unplug my cinsole. Now wireless I'm still over 70 Mbs down and 120 Mbs up(I know seems backwards again)

When wired I often get this after the first screen where you press A

-Log into Xbox live
-Error 3 hundred something...
-Make sure you have a valid internet connection
-Timmed out due to.....

On those days I play wireless on the 5gig band.
Other days I play wired fine but wired connection loads textures slower than wireless even tho the connection speed is higher wired

I'm sure it's something with my ISP and routers but odd enough, it's only this game....

I own over 70 Xbox one games and most have some form of online multiplayer and 5 are MMO server types.
