Finally Reinstalled, and WTH?

Ok, got the game reinstalled and able to play. I had canceled my pre-order because of all of the BS going on: glitches, bugs, drops, and more. But, a friend talked me into at least sticking around. Patch drops, my game won't run, and after talking to support, their only solution left was to reinstall. I did so, and now the game runs. However, it took me from wee hours of the 6th until just now to be able to play, and on logging in, I see 7/8 characters, but no create a character option?? When did I lose the ability to make a full roster of characters??? I'm still ESO+, too! This game has entirely too many problems for ZOS to be charging money for extras while they ignore all the broken stuff...

Something you can try is change to windowed mode on Video settings, then change back to fullscreen.

It's possible the button is there but not being placed in the correct location on your screen.

Can also try selecting the Addons menu and then back to Character Select and see if that refreshes the screen and fixes the issue.

Short of any of these working, you might do a repair. I realize you just did a full reinstall, but sadly that doesn't mean you didn't end up with a corrupt file, still.

I'm on Xbox. No changing full screen, and no add ons

And unless I want to group with my friend and use the dungeon finder, or if he drags me to go PVP (all sorts of bugs there too), or try to do all of those 'always broken on xbox' content (we know the ones), etc etc... the list is a great deal shorter for what we CAN do. I am glad that I can FINALLY do Wrothgar without being locked out of that character for days/weeks. That was a good fix, at least.

I know, how can anyone possibly have so many bad things to say, while still seeing any of the good things? Plus, it might confuse the devs, right? Make them forget all of the crap we deal with, all because they did one thing right lol

I'm confused - are you saying you already have 7 or 8 characters created? 8 is the maximum without purchasing more slots, so you'd have to delete a character. Sorry if I am just misunderstanding.

7/8 is what it says in game, meaning I have 7 of 8 slots used. No problem with confusion, sorry I did not make it more clear.
