my user id for the game is oneuglydown, i have not played for a really long time. ( 2+ years) when I log into the website it says I have not logged in from the device I am using and I need to put an access code in from my email. unfortunitly I cannot find the email. I have checked all of my possible emails and I have check all there junk folders. please help me!

on the page were it asks u for teh secuirty code, theirs also another button stating 'i didnt recieve the code' click it, it send out the same code, so if their is a delay, ive found itspeeds it up, and youll see two emails..

mf.mccrobieb14_ESOSoul ShrivenAfter extensive work with the tech support team I have been able to find out that my outlook.com based email can not receive emails from the automatic email sender used to disperse these codes. Hopefully the tech team can switch the associated email on my account so that I can receive emails from them or this is just a waste of $70 or so from 4 years ago.0
