WARNING: Praxis: Dwarven Altar, Stairs

After crafting the Dwarven Altar, Stairs I traded a guild mate, who placed the item for me to take screenshots. When he traded me back it went missing from both our inventories, and banks, and houses. I issued a ticket, and let crafters beware, this item doesn't like to stick around.
I know the Ashlander cup is also buggy, but come on, I spent 250k on the praxis (impulse purchase), and 14 dwemer frames aren't cheap.

Daedric platform is bugged too. If you put a target skeleton on it, it works until you come to you house next time, then you have to reposition the skeleton to make it active.

its not just the Dwarven Altar I have lost a redguard table the same way trading directly a friend at his house.
Never ever going to trade a furnishing item again.

I'm going to send them by mail from now on

That's a general problem with the skeleton. If I put it on of the constellation tiles (achievement item) it behaves exactly the same, I had to reposition (actually selecting it was enough) it.
