My Request:
I am stuck in shadow world (everything is grey) on my character Magosnick... this has been around since I was sub level 20. There was a setting I could set in the UserSettings.txt file, Set COLOR_CORRECTION "0", but this doesn't seem to be working anymore. Can you fix it?

Most in-game issues can be resolved by logging out for five minutes then logging back in. This will load you into a new game instance and refresh your surroundings. Please make sure you’ve attempted that first! Also, be sure to visit our help portal where you can search for common issues and subscribe to individual articles for any updates about that information.

e are unable to change a characters name or appearance, but the option is available to you via the Crown Store with a Rename, Appearance, or Race change token. Please keep in mind that it is not possible to change a characters alliance once they have been created.
Characters are bound to the server they are created on and cannot be transferred to another server or platform.
Any issues with being stuck in the world can usually be fixed by using the Unstuck tool which will send your character back to the closest safe point (typically the closest Wayshrine).
You can do this on PC/Mac by typing /stuck in the chat window.
You can do this on consoles by navigating to the “Help” menu and selecting “Get Me Unstuck”.
I also recommend trying to log out, waiting ten minutes, and then logging back in. As simple as it seems, this allows the instance you’re in to reset and fixes a lot of problems!

After a long hiatus, its nice to come back to a bug that's been around since launch, and support folks who glance at issues, and look for keywords.
