Help! I received the wrong platform's Morrowind CE today.

I pre-ordered Morrowind CE for PC back in January and was excited to see a package from Amazon when I got home from work... until I opened the box and saw [this](http://i.imgur.com/dY1Lz1x.jpg) staring back at me!

Am I screwed? Do I have to send this back to Amazon and wait for a correct (PC) edition? Or, can I just apply the code to my existing PC account? REALLY REALLY REALLY want to tear into the package and check out the book and statue... but not if I have to box it back up!

    That's even worse than what happened to me ... When I opened up my physical collector's edition the Dwarven Centurian statue's weapon was missing ... Not sure how to proceed on that one either. ;___;

    Check your order first on Amazon to make sure you ordered the correct version. Code is for PS4 version so wouldn't work for the PC version.

    Heh, believe me: that's the first thing I checked! I immediately assumed it was my mistake, but nope. Very clearly states "PC edition" on my order history.

    Sadly you are gonna have to contact the seller and let them know they made a mistake. Amazon is pretty good with customer service as my girlfriend and myself each have an account with them and have bought alot of things over the years

    Sometimes when I check out any game item it shows the console version. I have to manually change it to PC in order to see the correct price. Hope your issue can be resolved.

    Mine hasn't either. I should get it tomorrow according to my tracking from Amazon. I bought the expansion just so I could start playing yesterday. Hopefully the send me the right version (PS4).

    Chatted with Amazon, and the best they were offering was to refund me the $84.99 I paid and then give me free rush shipping on a new order from a 3rd party seller... which STARTS at $188 right now, with a wait for delivery... so I get to pay more to wait longer?!?

    Nah... keep trying to get the one you bought. Is their fault to have given you the wrong one (assuming you really selected the PC version when you checked out your order)

    They haven't even shipped my copy, and it's not due for another 15 days

    I bet it'll show up as the wrong version, with the centurion crushed into 50 pieces

    The order was fulfilled by Amazon, LLC. They're trying to get me to *reorder* from a 3rd party because *they* are sold out and seemingly unwilling to do anything about it. Honestly, I'm sick and tired of how bloody impossible it is to get a live human being (preferably with an accent I can parse) to just deal with a problem. Zeni is no better - I've been simultaneously been trying to just swap the PS4 activation for a PC one on their end... but it's even harder to reach an actual person.

    Maybe you can tag someone from ZOS here like @ZOS_GinaBruno or @ZOS_JessicaFolsom (guess I just did). Perhaps they could expedite getting you a PC code (and have their company deactivate the PS4 code you received in error).

    This shouldn't be difficult if the right people were made aware (and were willing to step in to earn back some good-will).

    Doesn't the physical edition contain a game disk? If so, then I don't think you could use a PS4 disk on PC.

    Check the Dev tracker. They've been responsive I have to say. Shot a few links and stuff for ppl.

    My observation is they've never been pro-active it's always re-active which makes us feel like they're uninterested.
