Dawn breaker is now dodgeable?

As of morrowind live, Dawn breaker and it's morphs can be 100 evaded with dodge roll and evasion. No stun, no big hit, no DoT. Is this intended? Seems completley uniustified considering the limited number of stamina ult that are viable vs the massive amount of magicka ult that are viable.

✭✭✭✭✭If this is true that's bs. I can see the initial hit being dodgeable but the dot should not be. Although tbh, I've only ever seen a couple of people with either the reflexes or dumb luck to dodge the initial hit. I whispered to one player asking how he dodged my db and even he said he got the dot.0 -
ZirconJunkie✭✭✭✭It is 100% dodgeable. I've done it, and I've had my Dawnbreaker dodged by both PCs and NPCs.0
