I've had several fights today where neither mag nor stam would regen... at all. Even over periods of 10+ seconds where I wasn't being hit or blocking.

If it drops below the max siphoner level (which I doubt anyone would 100% invest into), then I'll know.0 -

✭✭✭Ive had this happen quite often in the past month or so. Tried purging and getting out of combat and still no regen. All you can do is hide out till it clears itself or until someone else finds you lol.

That's why I'm only using poisons that give DMG stats or reduce DMG. At least my enemy can play instead of running away. Found a lovely gem that reduces crit DMG by 10% though while buffing my DMG lol.Minno - DC - Forum-plar Extraordinaire

Disease enchants so strong now with befoul cp buff. 21% with my setup. Ontop of a 42% major... its nasty.PS4 NA DC1
