Combat is horrible because it only effects 1 person at a time (unless they changed it). Id probably go krag if you are not going to do some trials. Normal trials are fairly easy to do. Try to go for a 5-1-1 set up since krag can be crafted and that should help a lot.

Worm Cult is still nice, even if you don't do Trials

Then there's the Sanctuary set, which is great for any type of content.

If you are just strictly doing dungeons and such, Krag is your best bet. While you can pump more numbers with a monster set the utility you provide with those amazing rez's helps a lot. You could opt for SPC/Willpower jewelry/Monster set/Master healer staff and w/e destro staff unless you got maelstrom.

I run an imperial healer as well man so don't worry. All that race crap is just min/maxing your character which im sure im about to get bashed by a few hundred nerds. Just so you know ive solo healed all normal trials and completed all vet trials with the exception of maw because disconnect gods are too OP.

Just run normal wgt/vaults until you get the gear you need. Yes it will be blue but you can upgrade them. Queues are quicker and runs are completed nearly 100% of the time. When you need jewelry run it on vet but vaults has a higher chance for jewelry than wgt.

What I run is 5pc spc - 5pc worm - 2 random staffs because RNG hates me.

If you don't want to run trial sets or worm cult then run full troll king instead (for the love of Akatosh, don't use Kag's...)
