Why is it on the face, where it is also pale and cracked, does the blue stand out as intended, but the shoulders and arms are too faded to see it?
I think it should be showing equally on both since they are the same pale.

Pretty much this. They also don't understand basic biology and how skin works when 'decomposing' arguments come up. It's adorable.
But OP- I highly doubt it'll get fixed as tattoos from the crown store also do it too. With vampirism and sustain almost (keyword almost) being a requirement now for PvE, the issue might be more reported- I just don't think they're going to do anything about it.Tell me lies, tell me sweet little lies!0
