Why is it on the face, where it is also pale and cracked, does the blue stand out as intended, but the shoulders and arms are too faded to see it?

I think it should be showing equally on both since they are the same pale.

    This has been an issue with vamps for a long time. ZOS never fixed it because they're ZOS.

    It's because some people want other people to not enjoy vampirism, while it is unfortunately mandatory to be a vampire if you want to play this game properly, and punish them for it! You can thank them all.

    Pretty much this. They also don't understand basic biology and how skin works when 'decomposing' arguments come up. It's adorable.

    But OP- I highly doubt it'll get fixed as tattoos from the crown store also do it too. With vampirism and sustain almost (keyword almost) being a requirement now for PvE, the issue might be more reported- I just don't think they're going to do anything about it.
