I want to get some suggestions here on getting some improved passives on the races not currently considered viable options for endgame content as well as some ideas on balancing those that might be a little overpowered when compared to the other races. Seeing the Redguard Adrenaline Rush passive being rebalanced gives me a little hope that these suggestions might be taken under consideration.

A couple of ideas I have pertain to Nords. These include renaming the "Rugged" passive to "Drunken Rage". In its current state the rugged passive is an absolute joke.

Drunken Rage: Adds 1300/2600/3900 Spell Resistance and Physical Resistance. When damage is taken your weapon damage is increased by 1%/1.5%/2% for 5 seconds, stacking up to 3 times.

Essentially once fully leveled this would provide an ACTUAL 6% damage mitigation buff and a weapon damage buff capping at 6%. I feel like this will fit in both gameplay and lore wise. Nords being the tankier of the races should have a damage mitigation passive that isn't completely useless. Nords are drunk most of the time, right? So they won't feel as much pain....and they'll get a little more angry.....right? Right?! I feel like this kind of change probably still wouldn't bring them in line with imperials and redguards....but it would be a step in the right direction.

Post your ideas for new, improved or reworked racial passives below.

The rugged passive is actually a lot better than most people give it credit for. In it's current state it is effectively the same thing as getting a 6.38% bonus to Max health, Healing Received, Damage Shield Strength, and Health Recovery. Factored in with their other passives this means they effectively get:
    • 15.95% increased Max Health
    • 27.65% increased Health Recovery
    • 6.38% Increased Healing Received
    • 6.38% increased Damage Shield Strength
    • 6% increased Max Stamina
    • 2079 extra Cold Resist

If you are interested, here's a post I made on Reddit a few months ago explaining the math behind this passive: Multiplicative Damage Reduction, Diminishing Returns, Effective Hitpoints, and Why The Rugged Passive Is A Lot Better Than People Give It Credit For
