When to choose mag or stam?
So am playing as a Dunmer NB on Xbox. Currently level 22 with my magica and stamina pools about even.
Main question is, is this a viable tactic, using a stamina back bar and magicka front bar, or do I need to start concentrating on just one of the stats now?

✭✭✭Well anything is viable for open world questing, but if you decide to do more challenging content you'll have to choose. The thing is your skills scale with your resource pools - if a skill uses magicka, it scales with your max magicka(also spell damage, spell crit and spell penetration), if it uses stamina it scales with your max stamina(also wep damage, wep crit and physical penetration), so you're essentially gimping yourself by splitting your resources, making all your skills a lot weaker than they could be.
The exception would be tanks, they're generally more or less hybrids, but tank's goal is not to maximize damage/healing output but rather to survive(and buff the team as much as possible, but that's another story).5
