Droprate of Morrowind furniture plans

Having played a bit of Morrowind the past two weeks, I came to notice that the droprate of Morrowind related items is awfully low. That is, after these two weeks I have like 3-4 green furniture plans only.
The biggest issue for me is that while in Morrowind I still get a considerable amount of Homestead furniture plans, but almost none from the new DLC. I hope this is not intended. I would expect that in Morrowind the drop rate for furniture plans is somewhat skewed to the Morrowind related stuff and less to the Homestead stuff, and in contrast outside of Morrowind it's the other way around?
What are you experiences? Have you found more furniture plans for Morrowind items than I did?
I haven't opened any Hlallu documents for epic/purple plans from the Voucher merchant after their "price increase" from 10 to 25 vouchers, and also none of the blue plans (now available for 10 vouchers). Can you get Morrowind related furniture plans there as well?

I am working under the assumption the drop rate is bugged. It wouldn't be the first time...Playing since beta...2 -
Keldheir✭✭✭✭For me the drop rate is pretty high. I found a lot of urns, carpets, daedric and dwemer furniture plans. Also dwemer gears and a Redoran(?) urn as housing items ready to be placed. Rng is on my side for once, I guess.PC EU1 -

✭I've had 3 Morrowind plans (2 Redorans and a Hlaalu) and a random funishing drop, only while I was in Vvardenfell, and among other furnishing drops at a ratio of about one new Morrowind plan for two old Homestead plans.

But I'd say about 40% of my furnishing drops in Vvardenfell have been new Hlaalu or Redoran or Dwemer furnishings.
Many furnishing recipes, many duplicates. Green and blue quality. One purple.

✭✭✭I've been trying to farm a certain...container rich spot lately and can confirm - droprates suuuuuuuuck. They exist. I have a Telvanni purple, about half a dozen Redoran/Hlaalu/Dres blues, one Ashlander blue, a dozen or more Redoran/Hlaalu/Dres/Indoril greens...but that took literally forever to find. On bright side, I'm stocking up on all the other blueprints I'm missing really nicely. Maybe 1 recipe in 12 that I find is a new one. It seems Vvardenfell is simply not biased to any race - I seem to be finding all racial furniture there about equally(I've actually been getting really a lot of Redguard for some reason...didn't realize Redguard influence is so strong in Vvardenfell
), definitely no dunmer/Houses/Ashlander bias.
I have a sneaking suspicion they never intended for people to actually realistically be able to farm this stuff, which is why they upped the Hlaalu document price - it let you bypass the farm and I'm guessing they didn't expect it to be quite as popular as it was. So now they learnt from that mistake, upped Hlaalu thing price(did they add new furniture plans there, can anyone confirm? Haven't tried, my guess is a no), introduced new shiny things, introduced awesome gorgeous godmode amazing Telvanni furniture and dropped it in the loot table along with every single other furnishing blueprint in game, with equal(if not lower - have yet to find a second Telvanni recipe) chances and just one zone where they drop at all.....but all of this fancy stuff readily and easily available in crown store. ✭I am going to give this thread some numbers because farming new plans is very frustrating. The data is from clearing a tomb full of urns repeatedly on multiple characters.
Drop rate of ANY furnishing plan from urn: 2%
(about 9030 urns looted, 187 furnishing plans of any quality)
It isn't the drop rate from the urn that is driving me crazy though, it is the chance that the plan is a Vvardenfell-only one. Vvardenfell plans are the House Dres, Indoril, Hlaalu, Redoran and Telvanni ones. Dwarven and Daedric were added in Update 14 but do not fall into this scenario as they have specific drop locations/sources.
Here are the furniture plans I looted last week (patch 3.0.7)- 7 white global plans
- 110 green global plans and 20 green Vvard-only plans
- 37 blue global plans and 8 blue Vvard-only plans
- 3 purple global plans and 2 Vvard-only plans
This roughly equates to: 6 global greens per 1 Vvard-only green, 5 global blues to 1 Vvard-only blue and this is too small a sample size for the purples (2 global purple: 1 Vvard-only purple).
I am keeping stats again this week. The bias towards Vvardenfell-only plans needs to be increased ! Please give us at least 50:50 chance of getting global vs Vvard-only. (I would much prefer to only see the global non-racial plans and the Vvard-only in the plan loot table for Vvardenfell but that is probably a pipe-dream!)5 -
