So, was the physical collector's edition ever made available on the UK Amazon?

Because I pre-ordered it from bol(.com), and they went and cancelled my pre-order without telling me. I had no idea it was cancelled until yesterday, and I'm both livid and incredibly disappointed.
I just wanted the book, and the only reason I didn't get it from the German Amazon, is because it would've been in German. I can't read German. I should've just sucked it up and got it from the American Amazon, even though the postage alone was like $50 if I remember rightly.
Sigh.
If I was back home, I could've got it from GAME. Unfortunately game stores in this bloody country are almost non-existent, so getting it at all in this entire country is (was) impossible.
...Is anyone going to be posting scans of the book? I need to read it. Please and thank you.

✭✭✭✭✭So far as I recall, the collector's edition of the Morrowind game is only available in the UK from Game. I bought mine there and they have dropped the price by £30 so it's a good deal at £59.99. Although I picked mine up locally you can order it online from them with free delivery.
The collector's edition of the hardback guide is, however, available from Amazon UK and they have also dropped the price to £15.99 which is £4 cheaper than in Game.0 -
