How does one join the forums

I joined the forums over a year ago and forget exactly how I did that. I needed an invitation I believe. My son (age 20) has recently become an ESO fan and is having a blast playing the game. He would like to join the forums and is getting the "you need an invitation" message. Can I send him an invite? if not how would he go about joining the forums.

Login on the ESO support website
Click the Web Assistant link on the right side of the page
Choose your platform
Click the Account button
Select "I need help with a forum account"
Select "New forum invitation code"
Click the Next: Add issue details button
Enter the requested information in the field provided
Click the Find assistance button
